So one piece of advice I give my younger self is to remember that, you know, sunshine all the time makes a desert. So I think that my younger self needed to know sad days are kind of important to have along with the good days, because they make the happy days all the more better.

It’s okay to do what makes you feel comfortable and you don’t have to be defined by a specific label. It’s like, you don’t have to come out as a trans guy to get a short haircut, to start experimenting with different names or using he/him pronouns, for example. And also, you are not the problem. Incorrect narratives, misconceptions, really unhelpful attitudes, that is the problem. You are not the problem.
